This is the ID the California Secretary of State assigns you when you form your entity. It is not your federal EIN, and FTB Web Pay for Business will ask for this one.

  1. Go to the California Secretary of State business search (Opens in a new tab)
  2. Type in your entity name
  3. The number inside the parentheses is your Entity ID
