If you did not receive a client portal invite, request one by emailing info@snapadvisory.com.
Once your account is set up, you can reach the portal on the web or through the mobile app.
On the web
- Go to snap.qount.io (Opens in a new tab)
- Or go to snapadvisory.com and click Client Login in the top right
On mobile
Search for Qount Client Portal:
- Apple App Store (Opens in a new tab)
- Android Play Store (Opens in a new tab)
- Firm ID for the app: snap
Tips for using the portal
The portal works in any web browser, though Chrome is preferred. Three things worth doing once:
- Bookmark the portal: snap.qount.io (Opens in a new tab)
- Allow pop-up windows. Without them you will not be able to download your documents. Here is how to allow pop-ups in Chrome (Opens in a new tab).
- Whitelist our emails. Take a second to make sure our messages reach your inbox rather than spam. If you are not sure how, email us and we will send instructions for your email provider.
