2025 Tax Return FTB Payment
Select USE WEBPAY PERSONAL.
Enter your SSN and last name.
Enter your name and address information.
Select Tax Return Payment.
Choose TAX YEAR 2025, the payment amount, and your preferred payment date.
Note: Only select “Is this a joint tax payment?” as “Yes” if you are married.
Do not click continue yet. Click the button in the middle of the screen that says Add an Estimated Tax Payment.
Enter the date you want to pay and the dollar amount.
Enter your payment information.
Enter your bank routing number and account number.
Review all information to verify it is correct.
Enter your email to receive a confirmation, but still print the confirmation at the end.
Check the payment authorization checkbox and click SUBMIT.
Save a copy of the confirmation for your records.
