2025 Extension FTB Payment
2. Select USE WEBPAY PERSONAL
3. Put in your SSN and last name
4. Enter name and address information
5. Choose Extension Payment (Form 3519)
6. Choose TAX YEAR 2025, payment amount, and the date you want.
- NOTE: You only mark "Is this a joint tax payment?" as "yes" if you are married.
7. Put in the date you want to pay and the dollar amount
8. This brings you back to the main screen. Now click CONTINUE.
9. Enter payment information
10. Finalize
11. Save copy of confirmation for your records
