2025 Extension FTB Payment

Visit  https://www.ftb.ca.gov/pay/bank-account/index.asp 

Select USE WEBPAY PERSONAL.

Enter your SSN and last name.

Enter your name and address information.

Select Extension Payment (Form 3519).

Choose TAX YEAR 2025, your payment amount, and your preferred payment date.

• Note: Only select “Is this a joint tax payment?” as “Yes” if you are married.

Enter the date you want to pay and the dollar amount.

This will bring you back to the main screen. Click CONTINUE.

Enter your payment information.

Finalize your payment.

Save a copy of the confirmation for your records.
